Felecia Joy Roseburgh
Felecia Joy Roseburgh is a multi-talented, multi-faceted, renaissance woman of the new millennium! Ms Roseburgh is Founder and President of Ai’celef Enterprises LLC, a global business development and lifestyle improvement corporation. Through this venture, she uses her professional expertise, life experiences, and personal story of success to help individuals, churches, businesses, and organizations, maximize the potential that lies within the human spirit. Sweet Inspirations, a division of Ai'celef Enterprises LLC, was created to touch the lives of women who desire to live on purpose!
Most recently employed as the Global Diversity Relations Director for Cummins Inc. Felecia was responsible for assisting the corporation in leveraging its internal resources and external relationships to build diversity across the corporation globally. Now, through Ai'celef Enterprises, she uses her 21 years of professional experience and her powerful story of success over adversity to inspire others to live on purpose.
Felecia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mississippi State University and a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Christian Theological Seminary. While at Christian Theological Seminary she was awarded the Martin Luther King Jr. scholarship, she served as Vice-President of the Black Student Caucus, and she served as a member of the President’s Task Force on Degree Programs. Christian Theological Seminary honored her as the Most Outstanding Student in Christian Education in her graduating class.
Felecia is a licensed minister and serves in Christian ministry at Connection Pointe Christian Church of Brownsburg, Indiana. Her life mission is three-fold: first, to share her life-changing experience of being in relationship with Jesus Christ; second, to help others understand God’s plan for their lives; and third, to help people move into their God-ordained purpose without delay. As a seminar, workshop, retreat, and conference facilitator, she encourages audiences to live on purpose. Her single consistent message is this - “To live life to its fullest, you must find your purpose and jump into it!”
Active in the community, Felecia has volunteered for the United Way of Central Indiana, Goodwill Industries, the Crisis Pregnancy Center, The Little Red Door Cancer Agency, Y-Me of Central Indiana, and Race for the Cure. Felecia is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Alpha Mu Omega Chapter in Indianapolis. Her hobbies include reading, writing, travel, decorating, and cooking for family and friends.
Felecia is single and resides in her hometown, Indianapolis, Indiana USA.
